Caritas Christi is the motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill. It is located at 129 DePaul Center Road, Greensburg, PA. This three-floored, modern facility was dedicated in 1999 and serves a number of purposes for the sisters serving in the U.S. Province. First and foremost, it is the sisters’ home. Approximately 100 retired Sisters of Charity reside in the building, while Sisters of Charity in active ministry visit for community gatherings, Provincial meetings, and recreation.

Volunteers will be participating in a virtual spelling bee with the Sisters at Caritas.

Supplies will be provided.

Requirement Details

Please wear SHU gear, closed-toed shoes and be prepared for the weather. Mask must be worn and social distancing must be practiced at all times. Please continue to adhere to all CDC guidelines while volunteering in the community.

Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
