I enjoyed every second of my experience volunteering. It opened my eyes to how fortunate I am and how I need to volunteer my time more. I liked meeting and talking to new people I probably would not have before.
For the most part, the event was well organized. Some of the instruction was unclear as to how to get started because my group thought we needed to wait for a person in charge of our activity to get us going, when there wasn't actually anyone assigned to do so. Once we got started, I had a good time!!
I think it was a wonderful experience and was very humbling. I met many good people at this event who just wanted to help out others less fortunate. I look forward to doing something like this again.
I rate this five stars because it was for a very good cause and it was neatly organized and easy to take part in.
It was great! I was very happily surprised with how everything turned out, and I absolutely love knowing I helped out the community like this.
